And now for something completely different…

A friend asked me a couple years ago what new projects I was taking on that really renewed my passion for my work. I thought… and considered…. and pondered…

At first my reaction was that my current work DOES feed my passion; and it’s true, it does. But as an artist, and as a business owner, it’s important to grow and expand and better your skill set. So I continued to think… and consider… and ponder.

What avenues of photography move me? Inspire me? Is there something I wish I knew how to do? A style I’d love to explore if I had the resources? It really didn’t take long for me to find. Given my love of nostalgia, antiques, and timeless black & white photography…

It had to be the classic elegance of old Hollywood glamour: Tinseltown in its heyday. Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grant, Jean Harlow, Joan Crawford. You might not know their names but the images you’d recognize; they are indelible.

So with that, I’m bringing back a little Old Hollywood:

Sessions will include full hair and makeup and rates will vary with the number of “looks” you choose to do. Bring your own accessories or choose from our growing wardrobe closet.

Whether it’s just a portrait session or a way to add a little Hollywood to your engagements, bridal, or boudoir, I can’t wait to talk to you about ideas!

A big thank you to my gorgeous friend Angela Dupont
